The company is legally registered in Lithuania under the name Astlinda UAB. Their headquarters address is Žalgirio g. 90-100, LT-09303 Vilnius, with the registration number 305929218.

However Astlinda UAB nature of business is stated as “Provider of financial consulting services”, and not a cryptocurrency exchange service. The Terms and Conditions document on EasyCrypto4U is somewhat transparent when it comes to different fees. These fees are far from cheap, however.

Buying crypto coins on the platform incurs a 12% fees, and sale is charged 5%. In the industry, these are called Maker and Taker fees, and are usually lower than 0.1%. This does not include the exchange fee on EasyCrypto4U, which the company does charge at an undisclosed rate.
